My Busch-Jaeger free@home app gets disconnected from my System Access Point very frequently.
Hello, I use the light blue color Busch-Jaeger free@home app from my iphone. It gets disconnected from my System Access point very frequently. It connects and works for a day or two and then it gets dis connected. Next time i open the app, it says cannot connect to my System access point due to time out error. When i check the Busch-jaeger box itself , i can see the the middle light is ON. See attached image. My understanding is that with this light ON, its connected. But from the App i am not able to connect. I am using an iphone and also have a andriod phone. From both it doesnt connect. So i always reset the box, and then it starts connecting again and with the same middle light ON. Can you please advise what is the issue here ? Is there a connection issue in the box or is this an issue with App ? Regards Shyam
